1. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription or pay-as-you-go basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis for subscriptions. By providing a payment method, you agree to these charges. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

3. User-Generated Content & AI Output

Our Service allows you to create, configure, and deploy AI agents. You are responsible for the instructions you provide to these agents and the tasks they perform. You retain ownership of your configurations and any data you provide. The output generated by the AI agents is assigned to you, but you are responsible for ensuring it is accurate and appropriate for your use case.

4. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
